Manual Photography Workshop

Do you freeze up when you shoot in manual? Can you quickly think and adjust your camera while shooting manually? Do you know the relationships between shutter speed, aperture, and ISO equivalency? Does your camera laugh at you when you try to turn your dial to shoot manually? If so, this workshop is for you! Photographers of all levels have problems at times with the intricacies of how to best set your camera when shooting in manual mode. We will explore the how's and why's of shooting in manual, as well as in depth explanation of the in-camera variables that you control. Photographers will have plenty of opportunities to experiment. Beginners with no experience through experienced photographers who need a brush-up are welcomed. David Cerven, the owner of Studio Altius, will be the instructor. Fee: $60; please bring a DSLR with you. Limit 12 photographers.
